1-) Check the Java version, it should be Java 7 update 45.

2-) Incase if you have other java version also installed, uninstall all the versions and again download the IBT Bundle Software after that restart the computer and run the workstation link(https://ibt1.ets.org/admin/wks.jsp ).

3-) Please use https://ibt01.ets.org/ibt   this link to download the correct version of Java.

4-) Check the internet options—go to Control Panel – Internet Options – Advanced – drag the mouse till the end and – check" Use SSL 3.0" and "Use TLS 1.0" and uncheck all other SSL and TLS. 

5-) Before starting the process please make sure every workstation have different names.

6-)For correcting audio settings go to control panel--sound-- recording--check the microphone and increase the volume and increase the boost of the microphone(to increase the boost of the microphone go to control panel- playback- select microphone- levels- increase the volume and boost).
